What are dreams? Are you a person that has dreams a lot? There are many questions to what exactly dreams are. What causes dreams?
Some dreams can be random thoughts or processes of the day before all jumbled up in one event in a dream. Some dreams are so vivid, they feel real. Ever woke up and cried after a dream? Some tend to get too emotionally caught up in a dream. Some dream the weirdest stuff and wake up believing that they are crazy. Don’t let a dream define who you are, or you will find yourself going crazy.
There are many myths to dreaming. Some believe that if you dream the same thing three times, it will come true. No, if you die in your dream, you will not really die. Sleep paralysis is a common, but scary event. Sleep paralysis is when one will wake up in the middle of the night, but their body is still asleep and can’t move or speak. Sleep paralysis happens to everyone at least once in their life time and is commonly filled with hallucinations. Some people believe that sleep paralysis is when aliens are abducting them.

The mind is a very powerful thing. Some people get so emotionally attached to their dreams, that reality is unclear sometimes. For example, one may dream that a friend told them something but really didn’t tell them anything, but because dreams become so cloudy as time passes on, one may forget what exactly her or she dreamed. Forgetting what one has dreamed or not dreamed can get one in trouble.
